Two educators, Mr Nelis Koegelenberg and Ms Rouxné Brits, and 12 learners from the PJ Olivier Art Centre participated in the Art tour organised by Sam and Ingrid Pellissier of Stellenbosch. The length of the tour was 19 days during which they visited Spain, France and the Netherlands. There are too many climaxes to choose from, but to name a few: the Prado Museum in Madrid, Gaudi’s buildings in Barcelona, the Lascaux caves near Rocamadour, the Chatres cathedral near Paris, the Pompidou and Louvre in Paris, the Rijks-, Stedelijk- and Van Gogh museums in Amsterdam are only some of the highpoints! Sam and Ingrid are already planning more tours for the future, of which the information is available on http://www.dietoergids.co.za/en/.
